Ive been coming here since I was 5, I live in the area, and from now on Ill be watching movies in other theaters Im literally writing this as Im watching lights out, and I will be asking for a refund after the movie considering I cant even focus on the suspense with all the laughter.
I didnt spend 20+ on 2 tickets to a scary movie and 14 plus on a couple snacks to have a really annoying group of people be so loud it ruins the suspense of the movie. They do the worst job of keeping people silent at the movies.
I would recommend driving the few extra miles and go to Emagine Novi or Lavonia 20 He pretty much said hed rather me go somewhere else then to accommodate me with my request. He told me they do that I explain to them that I come to the movie theater often and I never asked for anything like this. I asked if that was possible for him to give me a voucher to come back and see another movie since he was unable to properly manage his theater by checking on the movies while they are being viewed. I explained to him I was stuck in the theater sitting in the center and was unable to enjoy my movie. He told me of something it happened that I should I got up and said something to their staff immediately.
After the movie I asked to see a managers name was Jason or Justin. There was no way for me to get up to complain due to the amount of people. It was a packed movie theater and we were sitting in the center. The screaming and narrating by the parents ruined the viewing of the movie. Some one thought it was a good idea to bring kids.
